You do realize that you cannot set the protection level to any
value other than CLEAR unless you have already made an FTP
connection which is protected by an AUTH command.
When using SSL and TLS the only legal values are CLEAR and PRIVATE.
Both the PRIVATE command and data protection levels are both
automatically negotiated for you when you establish the connection.
